The property comprises a stucco-fronted period property with a mansard roof arranged over lower ground, ground and five upper floors, originally configured as three private houses built in 1865 to the design of architect John Johnson.

Throughout their history, the houses, which were once described as ‘the most handsome terraced houses in London’, have undergone substantial internal alteration but maintain their grand proportions and substantial volume.

The former hotel will be converted to nine residential apartments.
