Shigeru Ban and Waugh Thistleton are advocates for sustainable materials; Ban awarded the Pritzker Prize in 2014 in recognition of his pioneering use of cardboard for disaster-relief projects; and 2018 Stirling Prize nominated Waugh Thistleton, a world leader in engineered timber and pioneer in tall timber buildings.
castle-davis managed the design, approvals and procurement of a five-storey house that comprises three bedrooms, a ground-floor office or workshop and roof terrace overlooking Potters Fields park with views of Tower Bridge.
