The project involved the fit-out of two floors to provide generous exhibition spaces, a new mezzanine level, offices, art storage and project spaces to operate a contemporary art gallery.

Externally, a landscaped courtyard garden on Cork Street Mews created a new space for the presentation of sculpture, designed by Todd Longstaffe-Gowan in collaboration with David Shrigley. The fit out was completed to programme allowing the gallery to open in advance of Frieze 2023 on the 5th October with an exhibition by Yinka Shonibare CBE RA
